Roquette Juicer Boost

This 5 ingredient vitamin packed juice is one of my favorites to make between my yoga classes. It gives me that 4pm boost and leaves my body feeling refreshed and purified. Not only does the juice hold outstanding health benefits but it also doesn’t require much preparation. This recipe calls for a juicer.Carrot, Grape, Roquette, Lemon, Apple Ingredients: 100g Roquette Salad, pre-washed & organic 2-3 Carrots, washed 2 Granny Smith Apples, washed & seeded 1 Lemon, peeled leaving the pith (white part) 1 Small bunch of Grapes, washed Perhaps it is not yogi to buy packaged salad, but when it comes down to mid-day juicing, I need to cut time on the preparation and washing salad is quite the opposite. Once the fruits and veggies are washed, place them into the juicer finishing off with the lemon and apples to clean the juicer of any remaining roquette juice!
